My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Chattanooga real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
It is my goal as your full service realtor, specializing in the Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, Signal Mountain and North Georgia areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a pleased past client returning to utilize the many homeowner resources I offer.
The Greater Chattanooga area is exciting, peaceful, beautiful, fun and close to everything. Throughout my travels, I have never found a place as great as the Chattanooga Area. The wonderful friendly people, community activites, schools, arts and entertainment, outdoor activities, pleasant climate and so much more are why my family and I call Chattanooga home.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Chattanooga areas, please contact me.
Personal
My favorite time is when I am with my family and our pets. We love to spend time outdoors, working with animals, enjoying the nature that surrounds us and giving back to our community through volunteer activities. I enjoy hang gliding, rafting, hiking, biking, walks on the Walnut Street Bridge and picnics around town. I love birds, windchimes, flowers and the beautiful fall colors. In my free time, I enjoy remodeling homes and helping with community events like Riverbend and the Cultural Festival.
I take great pride in this community, by supporting a number of organizations that make this a great place to live.
